Looks like hiring season is on at Facebook. It was reported yesterday about the social network bolstering its security side with the inclusion of former FTC chairman, Tim Muris. Today the news rolled about the social network hiring Erick Tseng, former Senior Product manager at Google looking after the Android OS.

There has been quite a brouhaha over the location features coming to Facebook . The idea isn’t new, as names like Gowalla and Foursquare have already made names with Foursquare recently hitting past 40 million check-ins. So why should Facebook stay away?
