Google Vs Yahoo Who IS Better

Two Internet search-engine giants - Google and Yahoo have been the talk in the town for the past few years. So who is better, Google or Yahoo!

Well, I will start off with a summary of both companies first.

Sergey Brin and Larry Page founded Google while they were students in Standford University and took Google from being just another Internet start-up to a company with a market value of tens of billions of dollars.

Google earns its revenue of US$16 billion mainly from advertising related to Internet search and Web-based e-mail.

Every day over 64 million people use Google in more than 100 languages, running billions of searches for information on basically everything and anything. It has been so popular that its trademark name is even used as a verb around the world.

Guess what's Google slogan?

Google's uncommon and unofficial slogan is known as "Don't be Evil".

Founded by Jerry Yang and David Filo 14 years ago, Yahoo has emerged to become one of the world's most visited website in the world. It is said that Yahoo has attracted around 3.4 billions page-views daily which work out to be the most visited website in the world.

Yahoo provides a wide array of internet services that cater to most online activities. Some of the common services include Yahoo News, Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Mail and Yahoo Groups.
