Highlight & Share your Interesting Highlighted Text as URLs with your Friends

Found some quotes or pieces of text on the Web which are cool and interesting and want to share it with your friends? However, your friends will be confused as they scanned through the entire webpage, finding what's really interesting that you're talking.

Awesome Highlighter is an impressive tool that enables you to highlight text on a webpage and share it with your friends quickly and with ease. All you've to do is to enter the URL of the webpage into the textfield and click "Highlight Page". When you're on the webpage, you can select your highlighting colors (yellow, blue, green and pink) at the top right hand corner. Start highlighting the text and Awesome Highlighter even allows you to add a note for reference in the future.

To delete a highlight, you will have to click on your highlighted text and wait for to be prompt. When you're satisfied with your work, click "Done" and save your work (provided that you've signed up an account earlier on). You can start sharing links of highlighted pages with your friends on email, Twitter, del.icio.us, Facebook and Wordpress.

If you think Awesome Highlighter is useful and you're going to use this tool frequently, I encourage you to install the Firefox extension so that you can save time!
