Google Launched Google Public DNS

google Google seems not to stop innovating and expanding their best services in this virtual world. Recently, Google has launched a new product called Google Public DNS, a DNS ( Domain Name System ) server for free. By using Google Public DNS, to be claimed that your browsing will be faster and better security without redirect.
Below are the IP address of Google Public DNS :

  • 8.8.8.8
  • 8.8.4.4

Tips from Kang Rohman :

Compare first between your current DNS and Google Public DNS. If you find Google Public DNS faster than your current DNS by pinging them first, you can use Google Public DNS because it means that Google Public DNS is better. Otherwise, you do not need to.
If your current DNS is faster, why should you switch to Google DNS? Otherwise, if Google DNS is better than your current DNS, it never hurts to be used.
