Kazunari Saito, a 33-year-old electrician, rana site wihch gives advices about different ways of regarding suicide. Kazunari was arrested as he suggested the way to suicide a Japanese women Sayaka Nishizawa, 21, being paid $1,700, by the woman.

Her body was found on April 16 in her apartment in Kanagawa, just south of Tokyo. Her keys, cellphone and some other things were missing. Police investigate the matter after the suggestion note had been found.
The website was running through the last year, was not cleared by the official that if the site was still working or not.

The Yomiuri, Japan’s largest daily published that, the woman said the suspect,"I will give you lots of sleeping pills. I will help." To it's answer Saito wrote, “I will give you lots of sleeping pills. I will help.” Though it was not cleared why the woman want to suicide.

Japan’s suicide rate is among the highest in the industrialized world, and the number of people taking their own lives topped 30,000 for a ninth straight year in 2006.what's your thought on this.
