This is when the DownForEveryoneOrJustMe free web app comes in handy. Created by Twitter developer Alex Payne, this cool tool tells you whether a particular site is down or up.

Punch in the website URL into the textfield provided and hit enter. DownForEveryoneOrJustMe will let you know if there's a problem with your computer or browser or is it just a bug on the website.
